Nearly 30 residents were evacuated after a car crashed into Manor Haven Adult Home on Sunday night, according to ABC7.
The collision caused structural damage and flooding at the Huntington Station assisted living facility, forcing residents to leave the building.
The driver fled on foot after the crash, the station reported Monday morning.
